AAR Summary
Citizen Corps of Delaware County (CCDC) will be conducting an After-Action Review (AAR) with our volunteers on our Medical Countermeasures Immunization Strike Team (MCMIST) operations over three sessions this week. Feel free to participate in any one of the sessions, there is no need to attend more that one. We will review a timeline of our deployments, operations, training, command structure, leadership practices, system management, and all the numbers. Several questions will be asked of the participants. Questions will fall into the following themes: Communications, recruitment, retention, training, safety, venues, leadership, scheduling, and esprit de corps. Please join us for this important opportunity to provide your feedback to the largest CCDC operation in our history! And maybe we will have some fun reminiscing too.
