Dear Volunteer:
The end of the year is fast approaching and so is the requirement for your background check and NIMS training to be completed and uploaded to your ServPA and Galaxy accounts.
You have answered the call to support your Delaware County Community over the years, but the call has not ended. We still need your commitment and talents and will continue to need them but ask that you catch up on the new requirements. Please take some time to complete your PA State Criminal Record Check and National Incident Management System training, which will help us be prepared if we ever have a large-scale, interagency event. We've provided information in the past about these through our great newsletter, the Blue Light Special. It's now time to get to work on them!
Links with more information and instructions are below. We suggest that you complete these requirements on the largest screen possible, i.e. a laptop rather than a phone. It will make the process easier. The PATCH background check should only take a couple minutes.
Please note that it is important to have this information completed and uploaded by 12/31/2022 to continue to volunteer.
